PRODUCTION : Ouzo was one of the first products developed by Panagiotis Vantanas back in 1904, when he opened his distillery in Patras.
The unique recipe of Vantana Ouzo 100% distilled includes a wide variety of nuts, herbs and seeds, such as anise, fennel, coriander, star anise, mastic, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg etc. However, its recipe is secret, so not all its ingredients can be revealed! A total of 15 fruits, herbs and seeds are included.
This produces this sophisticated and delicate ouzo with an enthusiastic aroma, velvet pallet and a wonderful finish.
SERVICE SUGGESTION & FOOD PAIRING : It is best enjoyed with water or ice or even neat, for those who prefer a more traditional touch, wishing to slowly discover its primary aromas.
