Authentically Greek with a twist. Try our Kalamata olives in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar with lemon and thyme. The unparalleled taste of our olives is due to a 100% natural process, in which we wait for the olives to ripen on the tree. Then they are slowly seasoned in the traditional way, submerged in natural brine (salted water) with red balsamic vinegar, and topped with a layer of extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: whole black Kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon, thyme. Storage: Store in a cool place, in the shade. Refrigerate after opening and consume in 10 days.
