Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Geographical Indication: PGI Pisatis. Varietal Composition: Augoustiatis 100% This wine is made with classic red vinification with selected yeasts and temperature control. It has an Intense deep vivid red color with orange sheen- characteristic of aging. Aromas of a fruity bouquet, consisting of blackberry, cherry, vanilla, evolve over time. Its taste is full and soft, with a long aftertaste. It can be enjoyed immediately on release but gets more complex with four to six additional years of aging in the bottle.
