Fir Honey 250gr Philomelia

The fir (Abies), a type of conifer, secretes the sugary honeydew in its needle-like leaves. The bees process it, giving a dense honey of a reddish color, without a strong aroma. It is rich in trace elements (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, etc.). It has an excellent barley flavor with a strong woody aroma. Very slow or no crystallization.
