Judges’ quotes | Great Taste Awards

“A deep amber honey with a slight crystal character. We delight in
the toffee character and there are good floral notes! Rich anise
flavours, an interesting combination. Almost a medicinal
undertone, mixture of wild flowers balances the sweetness of the
honey. Treacly and rich, there are lovely burnt caramel notes
without any bitterness! Excellent!”
