Return Policy
The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the (remote) product purchase contract which he concluded with the seller Managi.eu, without stating the reasons and without any charge other than the direct cost of returning the purchased products (which costs are borne by the buyer). The deadline is met if the buyer returns the products before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days.
Necessary conditions (cumulative) in each case are that the returned product does not expire in short period, has intact and complete packaging with all accessories and additional benefits, which accompany its sale, its original purchase documents and any other accompanying of the form or item (eg labels, tags, etc.). In case that a product does not have its original properties, Managi.eu may refuse the return or may not continue to reducing the returned value.
Please note that in the case of food / drink or goods intended for current household consumption, the return must be made immediately upon receipt of the order. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products as a result of the management of the products other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, the characteristics, and the operation of the products. The buyer, who wishes to make use of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, must carefully read the relevant details as well as the model withdrawal form found in the Annex of these Terms of Use.
The right of withdrawal, provided in articles 3e to 3ia L.2251 / 1994, as amended and has been in force today, for distance and out-of-store contracts, does not apply to, inter alia, the following cases: a) service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the execution started with the prior explicit consent of the consumer, and with his acknowledgment that he will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the contract is fully executed by the supplier, b) the supply of goods or the service delivery, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled by the supplier and which may occur within the withdrawal period, (c) the supply of goods manufactured to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized; supply of goods which may be damaged or expire soon, (e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery, f) the supply of goods which, upon delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items; supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, but the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual price of which depends on market fluctuations, which the supplier cannot check.
