The company PASTELI MICHEL, founded in 1978 by Michalis Bamiedakis (MICHEL), is one of the pioneering producers of sesame bars and nougats in Greece.

From the very beginning, the company's products distinguished themselves with their exceptional taste and superior quality, earning the love and trust of consumers.

At the end of 2023, the Damianaki family, with extensive experience in bakery and confectionery (DONUT HOUSE SA, KRITON ARTOS SA), acquired the company. The new management team is planning significant investments in production, sales, and marketing to expand product development both in Greece and internationally. They aim to leverage their expertise in Cretan nutrition by using selected local raw materials to offer new, high nutritional value products, maintaining the recipes and values established by the founder MICHEL.

Production takes place at the facilities in Heraklion, Crete, with specialized craftsmen working with traditional methods. With an emphasis on quality and consumer satisfaction, PASTELI MICHEL continues to create products that honor Cretan tradition and quality nutrition.
